Team/Role Overview
The Client Onboard Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
What you’ll do
- Manage customer interaction, documentation issuance, review, and system setups with diligence and organization.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions, providing superior customer service and issue resolution.
- Perform day-to-day management of account opening and maintenance processing, including in-process and pended activities.
- Contribute to project management within account services and manage cross-functional relationships.
- Analyze complex and variable issues to determine new work procedures and drive process improvements.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service, meeting customer expectations and adhering to service level agreements and efficiency standards.
- Maintain full compliance with internal processes, regulations, and policies, establishing strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance, applying ethical judgment, and transparently reporting control issues.
What we’ll need from you
- 2-5 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance, and related cash products.
- Demonstrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
- Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Possesses strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for exchanging complex information.
- Highly motivated, persistent, and capable of prioritizing effectively in a high-volume, time-sensitive, and high-risk environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and demonstrated exposure to client interaction.
- Adept at handling urgent issues and escalations, effectively managing client and internal team expectations.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience. Proficient in English, Arabic, and French (written and spoken).
