Job Overview
The Business Office Head within Investor Services Operations at Citi Service Centre Poland will be responsible for supporting the overarching business needs of the operations. A key aspect of the role involves confident and sensitive engagement with a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders across the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes. The individual will contribute significantly to the business's vision and strategy through active participation in various management forums and by fostering strong partnerships. The overarching goal is to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Investor Services Operations, which is a global unit handling securities and fund accounting services across multiple product lines, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery in a rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary liaison between the Investor Services Poland Site Head and the broader management team, ensuring the achievement of key targets and deliverables
- Provide comprehensive support for communications, monitoring, reporting, people strategy, and other business office-related initiatives
- Develop and consistently maintain standard presentation materials suitable for internal and client-facing decks
- Assist the Global Business Office with critical activities such as headcount activity tracking and analysis, managing investment spend, and ensuring the delivery of efficiency saves against targets for the Investor Services business globally
- Oversee the administration & executive support and training teams, ensuring their effective operation
- Coordinate the production of all necessary submissions for the business review decks
- Actively participate in and influence management discussions, contributing to overall strategy and approach
- Lead the business communications strategy, encompassing the creation of internal and external communications, memos, PowerPoint presentations, internet/intranet content, applications, and collaborate content
- Efficiently manage and address ad-hoc queries from senior management in a structured and timely manner
Qualifications:
- English and Polish are a must
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Financial Services environment
- Knowledge of Fund and Custody Products desired
- Demonstrable ability to interact with senior management
- Strong numerical, logical and analytical skills
- Good organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize
- Effective communication skills
- Positive and dynamic attitude to work
