Team/Role Overview
The Risk Chief Administrative Office (CAO) is a critical function providing strategic and operational support to Citi's Chief Risk Officer and the Independent Risk organization. This high-impact, global role offers significant exposure across the enterprise, focusing on robust governance, control effectiveness, and sound financial performance. You will be joining the Resource and Business Office Management team, which drives strategic planning, resource allocation, and business analysis across the global risk landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for global Risk space management and supporting key business initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Act as the Global Business Real Estate Liaison, managing space in line with location strategy for Risk teams worldwide.
Ensure all office locations have adequate seating and resources, understanding the unique needs of each team.
Partner with Real Estate Services and Compliance to ensure our workspace is fit for purpose and compliant with all regulations, including data separation requirements.
Work closely with global Site Leads to support their teams and operational needs.
Provide strategic and operational support to the Risk Business Execution Leads to help achieve our priorities.
Act as a change champion for administrative improvements.
Support and coordinate projects related to Continuity of Business, employee entitlements, and control monitoring.
What we'll need from you
We are looking for a proactive and methodical candidate with strong people skills and a knack for project management. The essential skills required are:
Proven experience in a relevant field such as Business Management, Project Management, or Office Management.
Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
Strong analytical ability with experience in data management.
Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.
Ability to deliver both on time and with quality.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
The ability to manage projects with minimal guidance.
