Job Overview

The Fund Accounting Distributions & Rebates (D&R) is responsible for sourcing, validation and accurate processing of income distributions from underlying funds into client funds as well as reconciliation of the management fee rebates against the Transfer Agent or Fund Manager statements.

The team’s tasks are a part of preparation and delivery of the funds’ asset valuation (Net Asset Value) to the Citi institutional clients.

To do this the team actively cooperates with other teams within Citi from different geographic locations to provide one standard service to the client.

Keyresponsibilities:

• Accurate and timely processing of all corporate action events in the accounting system
• Perform control functions in a process, verify transactions booked into accounting system and prepare of accounting summaries/reports
• Support the on-boarding of new clients or client accounts
• Contribute to team/departmental projects
• Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing on enhancements to systems and regression testing
• Identify ineffective areas within BAU (Business As Usual) process and initiate changes for them, proposing improvement solutions
• Participate in client/oversight/internal business calls

Skills /Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience within Financial Services
• Solid understanding of financial instruments
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to manage team projects
• Readiness to work during public holidays on a rotational basis
