Team/Role Overview

About us : Engineering Excellence is a CTO formed organization of top tier experts tasked with unifying existing and building new infrastructure to enhance the productivity and happiness of the 35,000 developers they serve.

What you’ll do?

· A Technical lead , working closely with key stakeholders of cloud engineering and application developments.

· Act as an development expert lead to various development groups across Citi.

· You will be instrumental in building cutting-edge, AI-powered platforms that redefine developer experience, to boost productivity across our 35,000-strong engineering community.

· Collaborate closely with our Cyber Security teams to design and implement robust, security constructs within the development lifecycle, focusing on areas like automated vulnerability scanning, secure supply chain integration.

What we’ll need from you

· Deep hands-on experience (preferably Golang\Java \Node.js ) developing high-performance products in a secured environment.

· Deep hands-on in Cloud Engineering and application security (Public Cloud\Private Cloud) demonstrated by previous roles.

· Deep understanding of security standards in authentication, authorization, credential management, certificate management.

· Demonstrable expertise with advanced Kubernetes concepts (e.g., operators, custom resource definitions, service mesh integration like Istio/Linkerd), containerization best practices, and securing containerized workloads throughout the development and deployment lifecycle."

· Lead from design to production in cloud, a high scale product in a secured manner.

· Detailed oriented, flexible, pragmatic approach thinking, get along well with people onsite/remotely.

· Experience working in a global comapnies.

· Thrive in a fast-evolving, agile development environment where innovation is encouraged with rapid iteration cycles.

· B.Sc is Computer Sciences\Engineering.
