Job Overview

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Program Management Lead for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Conduct risk analysis, identify insights and implications and make strategic recommendations for Markets Operations business functions. Analyze Markets Operations data sets using Pearson correlation, Kendall rank correlation, Regression & Classification analysis, and Cluster analysis for interpreting data to identify valuable insights. Extract Enriching and Transforming data from Global Markets Operations warehouse using MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB for performing Descriptive, Diagnostic and Prescriptive analysis. Use BI tools QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau and MicroStrategy for filtering, cleaning and producing Operational Intelligence reports to interpret key operational trends and data insight patterns that drive operational risk solutions, productivity enhancement, Balance Sheet Reduction and client experience improvement. Perform complex analysis using different data sets using advanced querying including reporting, nesting queries and transaction locking in SQL, Oracle, Big Data. Build CI/CD pipelines in LightSpeed for data flow and transformation and providing Infrastructure and database support for DevOps teams. Create troubleshooting scripts to fix replication, deadlock, performance issues and for backup/recovery of Desktop Analytic data. Document functional and non-functional requirements and building views/mashups for Client Metrics, Desktop Analytics, and Manual Touch Points. Create and present Value Propositions report for Global Markets leadership with KPI metrics including  Operational Performance, Risk Analysis, Client Service Analysis.  Develop data displays that clearly communicate complex operational KPIs (Manual Touch Points, Transactional Volumes, and Desktop Analytics) analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Operational KPI and Value Proposition program scope definition meet business objectives. Partner with Program Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business goals. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
