Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health.                                                                                       


The Product Program Director is a senior level position responsible for the development of product delivery plans, strategies, and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to execute the delivery of products across the Enterprise, this includes new rollouts, product enhancements and continuous improvement books of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global Enterprise-wide delivery plans for product portfolio.
  • Lead the development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing.
  • Design and execute end to end delivery plans coordinated with our Product Leads, Engagement Leads, Technology, the Business and Function.
  • Participate in day-to-day delivery for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results.
  • Contribute to the creation, design and implementation of trading desk business processes, supporting documentation and Quality Assurance (QA) deliverables taking into account the detailed trading activity of trading desks across all asset classes and market sectors
  • QA of business process and supporting documentation with reference to project / regulatory expectations
  • Lead the project management and delivery of key changes across a number of sales / trading desks and functions including Risk, Legal, Finance and Compliance
  • Identify, prioritize and proactively manage dependencies, risks, exceptions and issues
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior management covering project status and plans.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for internal queries relating to appropriate projects
  • Supervise, coach and develop new and junior members of the Execution Delivery Team.

Skills and Competencies

  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Extensive Business/Operational experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of business procedures, financial services, and industry.
  • Ability to navigate through the global framework, handle conflicting priorities and goals.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work both autonomously and as part of a team to develop solutions.
  • Effective people management skills with a proven track record of effective delegation, motivation, and employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational processes/policies/trends and infer relevant business applications across a broad spectrum of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Strong project management / business analysis skills; ability to gain consensus among staff and drive initiatives to completion effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and organizational skills to mobilize and motivate delivery in a co-operative and collaborative working environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively produce procedural documentation. Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical colleagues
  • Designing and implementing structured business/operational processes and business requirements documentation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team in order to coordinate and build consensus on standards and initiatives
  • Influencing and negotiation skills; able to facilitate a diverse set of senior executives to drive convergence to a common set of priorities and standards across Businesses
  • Demonstrated capability of leveraging technology in operational arena


Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in a product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role.
  • Significant experience building complex business and/or transactional models.
  • Has thrived and succeeded in delivering high quality technology products / services in a high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly.
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
  • First-class leadership and influencing skills, including experience managing a Product Management Team
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and talent management skills, including the ability to identify and develop product management talent.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
