The Global Finance Learning & Development team is responsible for the Finance Learning strategy, designing, executing and measuring best in class learning initiatives across the globe.

The Finance Learning Advisor will partner with the business, HR and Talent, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion to drive development of Finance employees through learning solutions that strengthen the leadership pipeline, enhance technical skills and foster an inclusive Finance culture.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between Finance stakeholders and Learning Implementation Services team to develop required training related to various topics (i.e., policies, standards, regulations, etc.)
  • Act as subject matter expert for Learning Governance and Digital Learning requirements through partnership with related teams, including the management of the Finance Training Council
  • Understand relevant business and HR priorities and opportunities for capability building, performance improvement, cultural development, and overall impact within the function
  • In partnership with other Learning Advisors, provide management and consulting to Human Resources and business partners and proactively identify and prioritize the L&D opportunities to support successful business outcomes
  • Establish trusted relationships with the business to provide learning advisory support
  • Conduct the analysis of current versus future state gaps, identify root causes, determine the appropriate solution and how success should be measured
  • Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and impact
  • Help market, evaluate and communicate the impact of initiatives with HR / Business partners
  • Stay informed on market trends (both learning and financial industry) and employee best in class solutions to provide performance support
  • Monitor and communicate progress with other learning colleagues as well as HR / Business partners and navigate any variation in expectations with them
  • Partner with Learning Advisors and other learning professionals on special projects as needed for Global Functions Learning and Citi Learning.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years experience in Learning and Development
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills
  • Proactive leadership and motivational skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$93,440.00 - $140,160.00
