The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of analytical support for the HRP&D team.

These tasks include managing activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount, budget planning and other administrative needs as necessary. Manage ad hoc projects as requested for activities supported by the overall Business Execution team.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing and providing management with various analyses and insights of HRP&D financials, headcount, KPIs and more.
  • Coordination with the broader Finance team
  • Support the ongoing development of the HRP&D organization through reporting enhancements, process implementation and execution of routine analytical reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Headcount reporting metrics and routine reporting to ensure alignment between budgeted HC and actual HC is maintained.
  • Develop and maintain budget and financial reporting requirements for the newly designed organization, including:
    - Working with partner HR teams and stakeholders to ensure ongoing demand aligns with overall budget, ensuring all new work is accounted for appropriately
    - Working with FP&A on quarterly reviews, targets and budget setting
    - Ensuring alignment of all contractual (Non HC) related expenses are allocated and aligned in the budget
    - Development, maintenance and delivery of monthly financial reports to senior management
  • Contribute to development of new techniques, models, and plans within the HRP&D organization to support:

- Cost Center Manager Review

- Functional MS/GOC Change Approvals

- Significant Org Change Review

- RIF Financial Planning/Approvals

- Data & Analytics - Adhoc Reporting Requests

- Build out of the capacity modeland planning needs

  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk and challenges others to ensure alignment of guiding principles in operating model
  • Partner with Risk and Control teams to ensure all processes are documented and any newly absorbed processes are accounted for appropriately

Skills:

  • High attention to detail, balanced with appreciation of the bigger-picture goals and objectives
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across various levels of seniority
  • Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas
  • Financial and capacity planning (headcount, budget, RIFs, etc)
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

Qualifications:

  • 6 - 10 years of experience in a financial services role
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
  • Finance background preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
