Role Overview

Citi is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead and drive Generative AI (Gen AI) change management and stakeholder engagement at an enterprise level. This role is pivotal in accelerating Gen AI adoption and usage through strategic program execution, stakeholder engagement, and high-impact communications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and possess a deep understanding of project management principles, change management strategies, and emerging AI technologies.

A successful Program Manager in this role will:

• Drive measurable increases in Gen AI adoption and usage across Citi through structured program management.
• Masterfully build trust and alignment among global stakeholders, orchestrating multi-stakeholder engagement.
• Design and deliver programs that are on time, within scope, and exceed quality expectations.
• Translate evolving and emerging Gen AI opportunities into actionable change strategies and communications with tangible impact.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities:

As an AI Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in every stage of our Gen AI journey through:

• Strategic Program Leadership: Manage end-to-end global Gen AI change management programs, from initiation to flawless execution, meticulously aligning them with Citi's strategic objectives and ambitious timelines.
• Masterful Stakeholder Engagement: Orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagement across all Citi businesses, functions, technology partners, and senior leadership, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal utilization of Gen AI tools and platforms.
• Program Design & Execution: Develop and implement high-impact program plans, complete with clear timelines, critical milestones, proactive risk mitigation strategies, and robust success metrics that track true impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate and empower diverse cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change communications, tailored , and comprehensive enablement materials that resonate with various audiences.
• Performance & Optimization: Continuously monitor and report on program performance, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing swift, effective resolutions to keep all initiatives on track and thriving.
• Culture & Advocacy Programs: Champion Gen AI awareness and education through implementation of PM operating disciplines, nurturing a vibrant culture of innovation and promoting responsible AI usage throughout Citi.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure all Gen AI initiatives strictly adhere to Citi's rigorous standards and robust governance framework, upholding integrity and security.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to actively Program Manage:

• Adoption Metrics:
  • Significant % increase in Gen AI tool usage across business units (with active usage).
  • Growth in new users onboarded weekly.
  • Increase in successfully deployed Gen AI use cases.
• Accelerator Program Delivery:
  • High % of Accelerators actively engaged.
  • High % of Accelerators achieving AI training.
  • Increased Accelerator adoption wins per business/function.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Achieve high stakeholder satisfaction scores (via surveys, feedback loops).
  • Increase in cross-functional workshops and engagement sessions conducted.
  • High % of stakeholder groups actively participating in change initiatives.
• Communication Effectiveness:
  • Strong open and engagement rates for Gen AI communications.
  • High number of sessions delivered and attendance rates.
  • Positive feedback scores on clarity and usefulness of communications.
  • Increase in digital Citi AI assets created, viewed, and trending.
• Program Management Quality & Completeness:
  • High % adherence to program governance and quality standards.
  • High % of documentation completed and maintained to standard.

Qualifications:

• Proven Program Management Acumen: 10+ years of experience leading complex, global programs within dynamic, fast-evolving technology landscapes.
• Methodological Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of core project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and proficiency with leading tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet).
• Change Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in driving significant change management, particularly within large-scale, technology-driven transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional Communication & Influence: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence, persuade, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Detail-Oriented & Quality-Driven: A meticulous approach with an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Results-Oriented & Proactive: A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and a drive to achieve tangible results.
• Continuous Learner: Ability to quickly assimilate and apply new technologies and business processes.
• Gen AI Familiarity: Strong familiarity with Generative AI technologies, trends, and enterprise use cases is highly preferred.
• Leadership & Team Building: Possesses strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
• Global Collaboration: Experience working effectively in diverse, cross-cultural global teams.
• Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Certifications (A Plus): PMP, Prosci, or similar certifications will be a distinct advantage.

$141,440.00 - $212,160.00
