Team Overview:

The Markets Operations Business Intelligence & Process Re-Engineering Team drives transformational change within Operations’ processes and functions through the combination of data analysis and optimum process design. 

We partner closely with our Operations teams to design and deliver Target Operating Models through automation, leveraging both Low Code Solutions and Core Technology platforms.

Our goal is to deliver best in class re-engineering solutions to enable our Operations professionals to excel with client service excellence, robust risk management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing various Transformation related projects/use cases using low code tools like Appian and other BPM tools

  • Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users

  • Leverage data analysis skills to research difficult or ambiguous problems, leading cross-disciplinary teams where necessary and communicating recommendations to senior leadership

  • Take a leadership role in creating and driving solutions for continuous improvement.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in re-engineering projects. Experience in continuous improvement.

  • At least 3-5 Years of Hands-on design, development and implementation experience with Low-Code Automation Platform (Appian, Xceptor)

  • Experience of working within a global and virtual team. Lean, Six Sigma, or business process re-engineering experience.

  • Process oriented; able to analyze current processes, suggest and define improvements; able to analyze raw data and draw conclusions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to escalate issues to management. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, team work and analytical skills.

  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with minimal or offsite supervision.

  • Ability to multitask in a high pressure environment and work under tight deadlines.

  • Highly collaborative, team orientated and a strong consensus builder.

  • Ability to lead small initiatives and motivate diverse teams in multiple locations to support delivery of agree objectives.

  • Self-motivated and well organized. Proven track record; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and make decisions as required.

  • Excellent analytical skills including Excel use.

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to set high standards of deliverables. Highly developed attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
