Business Architecture (BA) team is a dynamic strategic organization at the forefront of the Citi Transformation efforts. We act as a catalyst across businesses and functions driving the transformation of Citi into a simpler, customer-centric organization. We are responsible for partnering with business lines and functions to establish and execute the framework, which includes developing enterprise-wide domain taxonomies, publishing standard playbooks and procedures, as well as creating process and design engineering models. We also provide the businesses and functions with ongoing governance, program oversight, and reporting to ensure consistency, control, and accountability as it relates to the program. We partner with the business to develop the frameworks that are the foundations of everything we do.

The “Metrics and Reporting Analyst” role will have a material impact on the management of regulatory metrics that measures Citi’s progress against closure of one of the OCC Consent Order sub-clause / romanette. They will understand the broader objectives established by the Enterprise Architecture and Process Governance Policy and will assist in developing metrics to report on the team’s progress as it relates to the Consent Order. The role requires superior attention to details coupled with excellent communication skills as extensive interaction with other teams is required to manage the accurate reporting of the metrics and to assist with developing systemic reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform responsibilities as the Metric Maker for all regulatory metrics and as delegate submit metric timely with adherence to existing controls
  • Prepare required forum materials to share metric updates and status
  • Ensure essential procedures related to metric are followed and escalate potential control risk.
  • Manage EUC ownership oversight on any metric pending systemic implementation.
  • Ability to communicate progress, status and highlight key risks and issues related to metrics.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Broad knowledge of the financial service industry
  • Strong attention-to-details with demonstrated commitment to quality of output
  • Ability to manage deliverables against expected timelines to ensure metrics are submitted timely following procedures and control
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with well-developed listening skills
  • Excellent judgment with ability of independent decision-making coupled with knowing when to reach out for guidance.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to partner with others to drive results
  • Experience with enterprise program management tools (e.g., MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Project Tracking System (PTS)), business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and Program Management skills are a plus

  • Bachelor’s/University degree and/or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
