The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Perform cash management operations
• Execute FI Inward Remittance(FIIR, aka Incoming cross-border transactions in TWD) and Paylink Cheque transaction according established procedures and deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions
• Respond incoming inquiries via various channels
• Assist the department in the implementation of various projects
• Conduct UAT / PROD testing when required
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls
• Support general functions

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent communication with clear articulation in English and Mandarin
• Good typing skill in English and Chinese (50+ words per minute)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsible
• Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines within a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of team with good attitude
• Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent
