Citicorp Trust South Dakota seeks a Trust Fiduciary Group Manager for its Sioux Falls, South Dakota location.

Duties: Establish new procedures and processes and lead the implementation of initiatives to ensure the efficient and profitable administration of a portfolio of trusts. Manage implementation of operational improvements, identify and mitigate operational risks and re-engineering procedures to enhance service quality. Ensure that fiduciary documentation adheres to internal guidelines and procedures. Develop strategic initiatives and re-engineering projects. Optimize efficiency of responses to client requests and execution of financial transactions. Review trust administration actions taken on behalf of trust grantors or beneficiaries and resolve client escalations Address issues regarding distributions from trusts, trust tax related issues, trust reporting issues, or concerns regarding trust cash balances and overdraft avoidance. Review of investments such as special assets, loans, payment of distributions, collection of interest and general income, analysis of account balances, and review of cash balances. Engage with business and regional stakeholders. Implement changes, identify and mitigate compliance risks pertaining to audits, exams, fiduciary, and documentation obligations. Execute activities related to administration of clients' trusts including the timely delivery of client requests and transactions. Provide the strategic leadership by driving team priorities. Determine staffing requirements, delegate, review, and approve work product. Ensure that firm complies with legal, fiduciary, and documentation requirements governing the countries where operations are conducted. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires at least 10 years of experience as Assistant Trust Officer, Trust Officer, Team Leader, Manager or related position involving Trust Administration and operations within the global financial industry. 10 years of experience must include: Trust Administration; Wealth management and advisory; Cash management reporting; Financial operations; Serving in a client-facing role; Customer service operations; People management; and Process improvement.
