We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as VicePresident, Wealth Brand and Segment Marketing - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Regional Marketing Lead Analyst - C13) based in, Singapore. This role sits within the Singapore country marketing team and leads all brand and segment marketing initiatives for the Wealth business. The individual will be instrumental in driving strategic campaigns to amplify Citi's wealth brand in this market while partnering internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing programmes aimed at growing wallet share and driving key Wealth business metrics.
In this role, you’re expected to:
- Grow brand preference for Citi's wealth brand in Singapore through strategic campaigns and visual identity implementation
- Lead marketing and communication initiatives around the bank’s segment offerings across client segments to help drive acquisition, portfolio quality; and deepen client engagement
- Responsible for managing all strategic and tactical campaigns (launch and sustenance) in these areas
- Showcase and articulate the bank’s value proposition to prospects and clients, including the expertise and capabilities it offers
- This individual is also expected to have the capabilities to deploy full-funnel paid marketing campaigns, determine effective media mix; and track and optimise performance in order to achieve target media KPIs and business outcomes
- Lead and manage creative and media agencies to develop and deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels
- Work closely with business stakeholders across products, segment, legal and compliance, finance, digital teams as well as with regional marketing counterparts
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the marketing budget to ensure effectiveness in marketing spend, as well as invoice payments, accruals, forecasting, expense reconciliation
- Act as brand gatekeeper for the segment sub-brands and ensure alignment with global brand positioning
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in a financial institution or agency managing FI accounts
- Marketing campaign and agency management experience, with a demonstrated ability to shape creative work and media strategy as well as competencies in digital and social marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders across varying levels of seniority
- Proven analytical, project and process management skills
- Possess business acumen, with a finger on the pulse of the competitive and macro landscape
- Good understanding of the wealth business; as well as the affluent client segments

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or Economics
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & Outlook, Adobe Analytics/Experience Manager
