Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated AVP Salesperson, Structured Products Sales to join our Solution for Financial Intermediaries team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, marketing, and executing structured product solutions for our distribution channel business, private and retails banks and other intermediaries. This role requires a strong understanding of derivatives, client engagement skills, and the ability to collaborate with trading and structuring teams to deliver innovative and risk-appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with private and retail banks, and other distribution partners to drive structured products opportunities.
• Originate, structure, and pitch customized derivative and structured solutions across asset classes (equities, rates, FX, commodities, and hybrids).
• Partner closely with structuring and trading desks to deliver competitive pricing, innovative product ideas, and timely execution.
• Monitor market trends and client investment themes to identify opportunities for bespoke solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional client presentations, term sheets, and investment proposals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and suitability standards.
• Support senior sales colleagues in deepening client coverage while gradually taking ownership of accounts.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, MBA) a plus.
• 3–8 years of experience in structured products, derivatives sales, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of equity derivatives and familiarity with cross-asset products.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market views into actionable investment solutions.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; fluent in Chinese Mandarin will be a plus.
