This is a sales position responsible for the management of a portfolio of clients including Real Money and other financial institutions in APAC time zone. The salesperson will be based in Singapore and will be a key member and an important contributor of the team's revenue. The successful candidate will be expected to grow our presence for investors for both FX flow and solutions-based business, and would be expected to protect our clients and the franchise through a relentless commitment to control and governance build on the highest standard of personal ethics and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively cover a portfolio of global financial institutions (includes execution and backing up clients where needed) and be a leading contributor to the team’s revenue.
  • Assist with the implementation of the broader strategy for the client segments
  • Identify new opportunities and close gaps with our competitors
  • Drive thought leadership content for our Investor clients in the region; includes macro events, roundtables, bringing resources from the global network to Asia etc.
  • Staying on top of the regulatory and industry changes and competitive landscape
  • Developing and mentoring junior talents on the team
  • Adhere to and cascade all supervisory training and tools to create a culture of responsibility to our clients, our shareholders and each other

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Foreign Exchange
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of the Real Money business and strong understanding of local markets
  • Proven product and solution skills
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and functional partners internally
  • Proven track record of successful FX client coverage
