Job Overview

The Reference Data Services Analyst 2 is an intermediate-level position responsible for regulatory reporting related activities in coordination with related Compliance and Business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a strong focus on the delivery of high-quality local regulatory reports.

• Strictly follow the process manual and adhere to regulations, internal policies in day-to-day responsibilities. 

• Maintain and ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness on the regulatory reporting.

• Responsible for the gap analysis on local policy update and new product launch, make sure the reporting process manual is in adherence with the updated requirements.

• Explore and drive report automation solution and process optimization. 

• Perform as an expert in local regulatory reporting and guide junior staff in the team to the right direction.

• Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within local regulatory reporting.

• Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in digital analytics, reporting, and banking.

• Recommend and implement improvements to existing reporting processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years relevant experience

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work with cross-functional partners and team members.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
