Job Overview

The SVP Product Management Sr. Lead Analyst, USCC Rewards Oversight within the Pricing & Analytics team and is responsible for governance and oversight of U.S. Consumer Card (USCC) rewards. This role serves as a strategic partner to Product, Technology, Business Control, and Audit/ Compliance, embedding strong operational rigor and risk-informed decisioning into rewards strategy and execution. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor and the ability to lead through influence while driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer value and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end rewards governance and oversight framework, ensuring consistent execution across USCC consumer value propositions
  • Establish and evolve operating frameworks that promote accuracy, transparency, and scalability across rewards processes and products
  • Own the end-to-end rewards oversight model inclusive of monitoring, issue tracking and reporting. 
  • Partner with Product Managers to embed risk-informed decisioning into new product development and rewards enhancements, to ensure appropriate oversight and operational readiness.
  • Advance strategic rewards oversight priorities, including improving visibility and consistency of MCC/category tagging and supporting broader rewards re-engineering efforts
  • Drive automation and scalability across oversight processes, including enhancing monitoring capabilities (e.g., CTU monitoring, exception dashboards)
  • Responsible for enhancing, standardizing, and modernizing team processes, documentation, and operating procedures to improve transparency, efficiency, and sustainability
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on rewards impact, including platform migrations, ensuring strong execution discipline and data integrity
  • Contribute to system design and business requirements impacting rewards, embedding governance and scalability into key business processes
  • Partner cross-functionally to align on rewards strategy, execution priorities, and operational effectiveness
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to team members, helping prioritize work, improve execution quality, and align on rewards strategy and operations

  • Strong governance and oversight mindset with ability to embed discipline into product and operational processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to balance business objectives, customer experience, and operational rigor
  • Knowledge of card products, rewards structures, and customer value propositions
  • Strong execution and program management capabilities across complex initiatives

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Risk and Controls, or Marketing preferably within Financial Services
  • Demonstrated experience in governance, oversight, or operational excellence frameworks
  • Experience driving process improvements, automation, or operating model enhancements
  • Experience supporting regulatory, audit, or review activities in a business-facing capacity
  • Intellectual and analytical capabilities. Ability to influence the organization and to affect change across stakeholders. Efficiently solves complex, ambiguous problems/situations.
  • Problem solving skills, sound business judgment, and demonstrated result orientation.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborative work style; effectively interacts with partners across the organization
  • Multi-tasks productively and reliably, while managing conflicting priorities.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
