Ops Sup Lead Analyst - C13
The Ops Sup Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Lead Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Management of Supplier and/or CSC Relationships
- Resolve complicated and unusual situations through the utilization of in-depth specialty knowledge and evaluative judgements based on analysis of factual information
- Partner with internal groups to recommend solutions or process changes negotiating with external parties when necessary
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
- Execute and Manage Supplier Relationships thru a Contract Life Cycle
- Partner with internal Third-Party Management teams to complete various due diligence activities including, but not limited to: TIPSA, Contract Review, Exist Strategy Plans
- Business Activity Owner Support (BAOs) for Supplier Relationships
- Recognize and reduce risk within processes based on data as well as maintain vendor related policies and standards
- Maintain effective risk management and compliance programs as well as maintain and manage supplier programs and associated scorecards and tools
- Contribute to planning, formulation of procedures, budget management and resource planning
- Conduct vendor business reviews in accordance with Third Party Risk Management Guidelines
- SLA monitoring and reporting per CTPRO and TPU requirements
- Recommend new work procedures and ensure adequate staffing
- Evaluate and execute against opportunities for process improvement
- Manage onboarding of Supplier resources aligning to meet business requirements
- Communicate regularly with all Operations teams and departments
- Maintain knowledge of Citi’s operational procedures, best practices in business strategy and process/quality improvements in order to provide customized business solution recommendations to internal clients
- Analyze existing operational processes and apply creativity to complex situations, as needed
- Lead projects across multiple Operations areas, serving as an analytical and/or procedural expert and coach lower level team members on operational processes
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience
- Experience in developing risk management programs, identifying all significant processes, risks, and assessing key controls and monitoring associated with these significant processes
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
