We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Business Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: 25892100 Business Analyst- C11) based in Pune, India.  Being part of our team means that we’ll provide you with the resources to meet your unique needs, empower you to make healthy decision and manage your financial well-being to help plan for your future.  For instance:

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code.

• Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 4-8 years of relevant experience working as Business Analyst
• Strong Communication and Business/project Coordination skills
• Good PowerPoint, excel skills with Presentation.
• Strong Jira skills
• Banking domain experience is good to have
