Citi’s Human Resources (HR) team helps Citi to attract, retain, and develop our employees across the globe. The team does this through supporting key areas including recruiting, diversity, global learning and talent development, benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
Our Citi Early Career team is seeking an experienced and dynamic Early Career Campus Senior Recruiter to join us. This role directly supports our Operations & Technology business groups by driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of recruitment and program management for our graduate programs.
About the Role
As an Early Career Campus Recruiter, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for our graduate programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders. You’ll manage on-campus activities, maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, and oversee key program elements from selection through onboarding.
This is a high‑visibility role where you’ll serve as a strategic advisor, market expert, and brand ambassador for Citi’s Early Career programs.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Program Delivery
Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for graduate programs across Operations & Technology.
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all campus and in-house events, including presentations, office visits, networking sessions, and interviews.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates—promoting Citi, answering questions, and ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders.
Provide market insights, program updates, and candidate metrics to influence hiring decisions.
Program Management & Onboarding
Support onboarding and internship program activities, including orientation, evaluations, and engagement touchpoints.
Maintain pipelines, driving “keep warm” activities in collaboration with Talent Attraction & Engagement colleagues.
Data, Compliance & Process Excellence
Produce candidate and recruitment reporting for business leaders and campus TA partners.
Ensure strict adherence to all hiring policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support operational processes, including recruitment trackers, administration, vendor, or payment coordination.
Thought Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Act as a subject matter expert on Early Career hiring trends and competitive insights.
Contribute to broader Early Career initiatives and lead on assigned projects.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within graduate or early career hiring
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of the banking or financial services industry (an advantage).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
