  • Governance and Committee Support: Prepare materials for local and regional committees.

  • Controls Execution and Monitoring: Execute and document local controls, monitor control completeness, and escalate exceptions appropriately through established channels.

  • Audit and Regulatory Support: Coordinate responses to internal audit queries, track remediation action plans (Issues/CAPs), maintain audit documentation, and support regulatory engagement activities as needed.

  • Process Documentation and Improvement: Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and control frameworks; identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements across business execution activities.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance, Technology, and other support partners to facilitate information flows, resolve operational queries, and ensure timely completion of business requirements.

  • Project and Change Initiative Support: Provide analytical and administrative support for regulatory and business-driven initiatives.

What we'll need from you

  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in financial services, in a front office support role

  • Prior work experience in global markets division is advantageous

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas, and basic macros

  • PowerPoint: Ability to create clear, professional presentations for senior audiences

  • Data Management: Comfortable working with databases, extracting data, and performing quantitative analysis

  • Financial Markets Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial instruments, market operations, and trading activities (preferred but not essential)

  • Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with SharePoint, Tableau or similar collaboration platforms is a plus

Core Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex information and draw actionable insights

  • Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels and across geopgraphies

  • Organization and Time Management: Excellent ability to prioritize competing demands, manage workflows, and deliver quality work under pressure

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data accuracy, documentation, and control execution

  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in team environments and build productive working relationships
