Job Overview

Sanctions Screening HUB is a specialized unit providing sanctions control operational services for Citi globally. The HUB was established in 2015 and since then we have been consistently expanding our scope, remaining the fastest growing business in cash services in Citi. This creates a huge development opportunity for our employees including global mobility. Responsibilities:

  • Verifying transactions and documentation from sanctions perspective
  • Making quick and reliable decisions upon completing sanctions controls
  • Cooperation and daily communication with other Citi branches globally
  • Cooperating with other teams in HUB and following the common goal approach
  • Monitoring of pending items portfolio, ensuring the expected timeliness
  • Ensuring the quality according to law and regulations
  • Identifying and reporting problems to a supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Good English spoken and written required
  • Experience in the financial sector will be an advantage
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Ability to work under time pressure and to solve problems
