The Operations Support Senior Developer position will be responsible for:

• Support strategic initiatives focused on changing the bank
• working closely with the business and technology on providing end-to-end operational support for strategic and tactical projects, regulatory driven initiatives and market /vendor mandated changes
• working with Technology and BA teams to implement system solutions, streamline operational processes, identify process efficiencies, reducing manual processes via system automation, drive UAT and regression testing
• Support various technical engagements from an operational perspective such as EUC development and maintenance, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and others. 

Responsibilities:

• Gain thorough industry knowledge quickly and effectively interact with other operating units

• Provide SIT, UAT testing with strategic technology rollouts

• Coordinate with global coders in other regions to resolve issues

• Independently assess workflow issues and redirects work as necessary

• Provides subject matter expertise to related projects

• Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies

• Interprets data and makes recommendations

• Ability to perform deep dive analysis and draw conclusions

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage or lead projects and work with limited supervision

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

• Must possess knowledge of SharePoint and VBA/Excel Macros Robotics automation (Automation Anywhere or other tools) deployment experience as project lead or developer will be an advantage

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel and Power Point

• Knowledge and familiarity with financial product data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters, S&P, Telekurs, etc)
