Job Overview

Analityk ds. KYC w zakresie AML 1 to stanowisko niższego szczebla, którego zakres obowiązków obejmuje uczestniczenie w czynnościach związanych z monitorowaniem, nadzorem i sprawozdawczością na rzecz organów regulacyjnych w zakresie przeciwdziałania praniu pieniędzy (Anti-Money Laundering, AML), we współpracy z zespołem ds. zgodności i kontroli. Głównym zadaniem pracownika na tym stanowisku jest pomoc w opracowywaniu wewnętrznego programu KYC (Know Your Client, Poznaj swojego klienta) w Citi i zarządzaniu nim.

Zakres obowiązków:

• Tworzenie i prowadzenie dokumentacji KYC

• Współpraca z zespołami ds. zarządzania relacjami i zgodności polegająca na udzielaniu wsparcia w przygotowywaniu, opracowywaniu i zatwierdzaniu elektronicznych dokumentów i załączników

• Weryfikacja informacji zawartych w dokumentacji KYC i dokumentach Programu identyfikacji klientów (Customer Identification Program, CIP)

• Prowadzenie badań due diligence

• Aktualizacja informacji w systemach od momentu rozpoczęcia dokumentacji KYC do jej zatwierdzenia

• Utrzymywanie narzędzia BSU

• Właściwie ocenia ryzyko przy podejmowaniu decyzji biznesowych

Kwalifikacje:

• Preferowane adekwatne wcześniejsze doświadczenie

• Ukończone studia wyższe lub równoważne doświadczenie
