Documentation Screening Team Lead

This role is expected to manage one of teams responsible for supporting documentation screening (Europe region) in Sanctions Screening Hub located in Olsztyn (Centaurus), Poland.
Role will be involved in process oversight, team management and close cooperation with all Partners for all process aspects to deliver best Client Experience.

Key tasks performed on the position:
- Effective team management in the sanctions dynamic environment as well as managing relationships with internal stakeholders, countries representatives
- Identification of risks and ownership to address them, timely reporting of all control requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate business execution, timely escalations of potential issues
- Ensure directs have clear goals and objectives, supporting both personal and business development
- Involvement in local and regional projects, initiatives
- Monitoring volume trends and investigating the root cause of changes
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and expertise in the sanctions regulatory environment, and adherence to all Global Policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Higher education
- Experience in the AML / Compliance / KYC / Sanctions sector and/or managerial experience will be an asset
- Very good skills in planning, organizing and motivating a team
- Very good English (spoken and written), ability to communicate with all associates in a professional manner
- An attitude towards providing the best services for the Customer
- Readiness to work during public holidays
- Ukrainian or “Cyrillic languages” knowledge will be an additional asset
