Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Performing processing activities

  • Conducting communication with internal and external clients

  • Timely and effective management of all new tasks assigned by manager

  • Solving current processing issues and taking action in order to optimize the process (coordinating tests and projects)

  • Preparing and verifying procedures, other regulations, process descriptions, process maps, capacity plans etc.

  • Keeping accuracy and timeliness in processing payments​

Requirements:

  • Payment experience will be an asset

  • Knowledge of the structure of SWIFT messages is a great advantage

  • Fluent communication in both written and spoken English

  • Project management background will be nice to have (taking part or leading projects)

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Well-developed analytical skills including investigative mindset, independence in problem solving and a keen eye to detail

  • Flexibility and readiness to work in a shift system, including public holidays and weekends, to support global operations
