Job Overview

Opportunity arise to join the fantastic team. This position is placed in Olsztyn within Liquidity & Investment Operations Department. The Cash & Trade Processing Intermediate Analyst is a role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research, conduct analyses, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Create customized transaction services reports based on data analysis
• Investigate and resolve identified causes of data errors
• Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to make recommendations to senior management to support process improvement and automation
• Work with multiple teams to develop, and execute automation testing
• Design and analyze complex reports to support control activities
• Establish and maintain close working relationship with technology support and with our internal customers to facilitate an open and direct communication of issues, needs, queries, in prompt and professional manner
• Ensure awareness and full compliance of internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in finance
• Analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail
• Practical experience in preparing and delivering senior executive-level presentations, proficient Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint and MS Excel) expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP and formulas
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business lines and levels of management
• Pro-active team player but also able to work independently
• Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high-risk environment
• Capable of multitasking and eager to learn multiple products in a challenging conditions
