Job Overview

Opportunity arise to join the fantastic team. This position is placed in Olsztyn within Liquidity & Investment Operations Department. The Cash and Trade Processing Analyst is an analyst level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research, conduct analyses, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex client set ups across a suite of applications
• Manage level 2 client enquiries
• Facilitate in accurate and timely resolution of all system outages engaging with all relevant partners
• Requirement to work on projects  with tech and product teams
• Perform PVT (Production Validation Test) testing on a regular basis

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years Operational experience
• Service orientation, professionalism, proactive and strong client/business focus, accountability
• Proven ability to work on own initiative and  assimilate and disseminate information quickly
• Fluency in English, excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a pressured environment and in meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
