Job Overview
Citi Services is a leading provider of cash management, treasury, trade, clearing, depository receipts and commercial card services. We provide clients with dynamic information, platforms, tools, and APIs to effectively manage portfolios, financial positions, working capital and supply chains.
The Records Management Product Manager will report to the Head of Data Privacy and Records Management for Services. This highly collaborative role requires a product mindset to streamline and automate records management and remediation workflows todrive efficiencies, enableself-service capabilitiesincompliance with Enterprise policies and Global Privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Data Owners, Technology, Enterprise Data, Privacy, Compliance and Legal teams to capture requirements for Records Management use cases.
Partner with Product and Technology to find innovative ways to integrate Records Management controls into Services’ self-servicetechnologies.
Own and prioritize the near to -term Records Management roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all the right resources are aligned.
Partner with functions, lines of business and regions to define the prioritized scope for completing Records Management outstanding items.
Support efforts to implement systematic controls and intuitive workflows to track and enforce Records Management across the Services Data Ecosystem
Create and maintain a product vision aligned to business priorities, key user needs, and organizational OKRs.
Develop short to medium term plans to execute functional Records Management strategies.
Continually, succinctly, and clearly communicate progress and results against the Records Management agenda to stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications:
6-10 years of relevant experiencein enterprise data governance, records/information management or compliance technology, preferably in Banking, Financial services.
Bachelor's degreerequired;master’s a plus.
Product management experience in an Agile environment; partnering with technology to translate stakeholder needs into business requirements and features.
Experienceleading the design, development and management of automated solutions that address user pain points, enable self-service and drive efficiency.
Experience with data retention and remediation principles, dataprivacy regulations (ex. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
Executing a systematic data records management process; data destruction, data obfuscation, data retention like Legal Holds, etc.
Ability to manage through ambiguity by making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Communicates effectively: develops and delivers clear communication both written and verbal, tailored to the needs of different audiences.
Collaborative – Possess strong collaboration and influencing skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams to drive deliverables, projects and engagements to completion.

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
