USPB Retail Bank Payments facilities money movement from consumer depository accounts for segments spanning mass affluent, Citi Gold, Citi Private Client, CPB and Retail Business Banking. Debit card Issuance, ACH, Wires, Bill Pay, Zelle and Instant Payments constitute the core pillars of Retail Payments.

ACH services from consumer depository accounts facilitate the account funding at account onboarding, inter-institutional transfers, and settlement for Retail Bank Bill Pay and Zelle transactions. ACH services at USPB are also used at Branded cards and Citi Retail services, for money movement and settlement purposes.

Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM) provides a business process centric approach to achieve strategic architecture and facilitates the implementation of a simplified application landscape; to accomplish unified Enterprise Data/Information Architecture, end-to-end data flows across processes with embedded risk & controls. The methodology provides a consistent lens into business processes, enabling simplification.

We are looking for a CEAM Process owner for ACH to identify the synergies and strategize & build an operating model that aligns with all of ACH services across Retail Bank, Branded cards, and CRS in USPB. CEAM Owner for ACH will serve across all LOBs within USPB, wherever ACH is used as a rail of money movement.

In addition to the being the CEAM owner, the Product Management Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The additional objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for NACHA, SME on ACH network rules, Governance around Network Rules Management, changes, and compliance

  • Ensure up to date inventory of process maps, controls with respective sub activity owners. Drive to defined target state model via project sponsorship, advocacy etc.

  • Identify gaps related to NACHA (ACH Operating rules) compliance and pursue corrective action plans with each line of business.

  • Governance and controls oversight over end-to-end ACH rails used for Retail Bank, Branded Cards and CRS. Run a governance forum where, issues, incidences, controls effectiveness, change management is discussed across Product, Ops, Tech, Fraud, Risk

  • PBIO Responsibilities for PSE, GPU

  • Providing a consistent business centric language to describe the classification of enterprise artefacts through the creation of a set of enterprise taxonomies.

  • Development and delivery of a desired conceptual state of the business architecture in terms of key capabilities functions, data, and controls

  • Establishing current state process mapping which aligns to the business process taxonomy.

  • Identifying various ‘Facts’ associated with specific taxonomies, such as High and Medium Risk, End User Computing (EUCs), Issue Management and Resolution (IMRs) and Issues (from iCAPs), further referred to as Risk Factors

  • Identifying Application usage thereby enabling the functional breakdown of applications to determine target state applicability.

  • Product management knowledge of ACH rails (nice to have)

  • Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as review surveys and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers

  • Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results

  • Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients

  • Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members

  • Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions

  • Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans

  • Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics

  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
