SVP, HR Advisor - Citi Technology Infrastructure and Operations Technology
Global Human Resources Advisor (HRA) providing strategic HR leadership within Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) and Operations Technology partnering with the Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) in an effort to drive the delivery of day-to-day HR Support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of HR services to client groups within an assigned organization. You will partner with a variety of exceptional leaders across Technology.

Operations Technology enables best technology practices across the organization and builds the engines that allow for code-less, self-healing, self-managing below the glass configurable frameworks that eliminate to need to re-invent the wheel on every business request. Key areas of focus are to optimize modernization, automation, and performance capabilities with a commitment to automated controls and risk management while prioritizing Customer Satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide a range of strategic HR consultation for global populations within both organizations; Acts as key advisor to the SLTs for all HR related issues
- Manage business and HR projects/initiatives including organizational efficiency reviews, high potential development programs, ongoing diversity and inclusion initiatives, talent reviews, succession planning, annual performance management process, year-end activities including promotional process, compensation & VOE
- Identifies key HR issues with short to long-range impact to the client population
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
- Able to work both independently as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
- Identifies opportunities for establishing consistency across clusters/products
- Partners with Global HR & COE colleagues to deliver HR solutions that contribute and enable the business to evolve to meet marketplace and regulatory demands
- Independently resolves highly complex and diverse issues with substantial organizational impact
- Role requires successful management of internal/ external relationships across HR disciplines and ability to establish strong working partnerships
- Proven ability to effectively navigate through complex, matrix organizations
- Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present findings
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years HR experience which should include role as a Business Partner
- Exposure to working with Technology business preferred
- Must have intermediate to advanced MS Excel

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
