SVP, Organization Design and Governance Advisor (Hybrid)
The SVP, Organization Design and Governance Advisor is part of the Organization Design and Governance team in Enterprise Workforce Management. The primary focus of this role is to support our partners in the Businesses and Functions in the evaluation of the current organization structures, and monitoring, remediation and reporting of organizational health metrics. Organization design is a key strategic lever to realize simplification and clarify accountabilities during large scale change and transformation. This role will work closely with HR and business/function leaders ensuring that the design and structure of the organization aligns to their strategy, transformation objectives and organizational health principles including size, shape, skill mix and location.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on organizational health principles and metrics across the enterprise
- Identify organizational health metric outliers and develop remediation plans partnering with our stakeholders in HR and the Businesses/Functions
- Partner with our solutions and technology teams to enable technology and reporting solutions
- Prepare presentations for monitoring of metrics and action plans utilizing reporting and dashboards
- Provide data analytics and insights for data driven organization design and job architecture decisions and actions
- Design, develop and implement organization design standards, procedures, controls and playbooks
- Analyze organization structures and make recommendations to drive optimal organization size, shape and skill mix
- Provide organization design enablement and consultation to Business/Function CEO/CAO teams, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partners
- Partner across the organization to deliver effective change management around broad-scale organization changes to roles, responsibilities and accountabilities
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Organization Design, Consulting and/or Financial Services experience
- Practical working knowledge of organization design
- Knowledge and experience of using organization design specific tools and technologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong influencing skills at all levels of the organization, and ability to work in a large-scale complex environment
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs
- Ability to build strong relationships as a trusted partner and work across senior management teams
- Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Consulting experience is preferred, including a high tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going change
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$149,600.00 - $224,400.00
