This role will see you lead the end-to-end integration with resource planning program including design and implementation of process, data connectivity, and tooling into the wider HR ecosystem, co-creation and prioritization of implementation across HR disciplines (Talent Acquisition, Internal Mobility, Redeployment, Talent Development, Learning, Rewards). This role will focus on design, process, tooling, user experience, data connectivity, co-dependencies and engagement supporting the design, development, and implementation of Citi’s global approach to integrate with strategic workforce planning.


We are currently setting the core foundation of a capacity framework-led strategic workforce planning approach, and the role will provide an opportunity to assist in developing the ongoing wok to optimize our approach to integrate with resource planning focusing on end-to-end user experience, data elements, feeds, tooling and processes.


You may already be an experienced integrator / strategic workforce planning professional or you could have worked across multiple HR Disciplines in your career, but you must be able to shape and realize a vision for end-to-end integration with resource planning that will create enduring value from the work that you design and deploy.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution & optimization of the Workforce Planning function including thought leadership in the inclusion of current and emerging integration with resource planning program.
  • Assist with the translation of connecting Citi’s strategic business decisions to critical integration of feeds, data and processes required to drive success of the organization.
  • Engage with partners across HR and beyond agree a vision to drive end to end integration into critical HR processes.
  • Design & deploy an approach that leverages tools, data, process, and common language to connect across the HR ecosystem.
  • Ensure prioritization of critical activities that will improve outcomes across high value/volume activities such as talent mobility, Supply & demand matching, Succession risk mitigation etc.
  • Lead the regulatory response specific to the annual planning process required for risk and control roles, including meeting all relevant deliverables and Internal Audit requirements.
  • Leads end-to-end integration with resource planning program.
  • Shape and participate as part of resource planning council as a subject matter expert for Workforce Planning and contribute to broader initiatives for Citi.
  • Continuously evaluates workforce planning integration processes to identify areas of improvement, ensuring the organization remains agile in response to shifting business needs.
  • Lead the identification, assessment, and development of connectivity and integration of data, process and tooling within the workforce, ensuring the organization can meet current and future needs.  Collaborate with Technology, various data sources organizations, Learning and Development to design and implement capacity integration programs.   


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Data, tooling and process integration design & implementation, including experience in strategy, user experience journey, and implementation of workforce planning programs
  • Complexity management driving execution while keeping focus on the big picture; able to connect-the dots across multiple pieces of work; strong attention to details
  • Stakeholder management exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross-cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$149,600.00 - $224,400.00
