Job Overview
The Human Resources (HR) Advisor Senior Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department to drive the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of HR services to client groups within an assigned organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide broad range of HR advisory to Corporate Bank organization on Human Capital areas such as talent management, organization effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee engagement, etc.
- Serve as strategic business partner with Corporate Bank senior business line management to recommend, develop, and execute business plans
- Recommend staffing levels required to carry out unit roles and responsibilities while establishing and adhering to talent management processes, compensation, and performance management programs
- Direct and plan HR strategy for Operations including policy development and planning
- Anticipate, evaluate, and respond appropriately to developments in the local and international environments impacting HR policy and Identify and resolve key complex and diverse HR issues
- Partner with HR heads and Specialist teams to deliver HR solutions that contribute to the overall Citi business, and enable the Corporate Bank business to evolve to meet marketplace and customer needs
- Serve as key advisor to Corporate Bank leaders for all HR related issue
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal Ability to de-escalate issues
- A problem solver with strong judgement, creative thinking and an ability to connect the dots
- Strong organizational skills; self-starter and strong stakeholder management skills
- Behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in people management
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred

$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
