SEM Analyst, Paid Search Activation

TheU.S. Consumer CardsMedia team is comprised of product and channel marketers who are responsible for driving growth while transforming our digital marketing capabilities to shift the quality and mix of digitally sourced accounts. This includes profitablyacquiringnew accounts, managing key acquisitions channels, bringing new and refreshed products to market,partnering onthrough-the-line campaigns, testing new tactics, and driving marketing innovation.

We are seeking detail-orientedSEM Analyst to join our Paid Search Activation team.This role willsupport the operational delivery of campaigns acrossour paid search program. This is an exciting opportunity to enter the world of digital advertising at scale, learning from senior execution and strategy leaders while gaining hands-onSEM/paid search experience working in SA360, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistwith keyword builds, ad copy trafficking, and campaign tagging within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.

• Perform quality checks on campaign builds to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Track daily pacing and spend across accounts; flag discrepancies for resolution.

• Generate and maintain campaign setup trackers, budget pacing reports, and QA documentation.

• Support Managers andSenior Associatewith delivery tasks, cross-team handoffs, and campaign launch readiness.

• Participate in ongoing training to deepen technical platform skills and compliance knowledge.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising (agency roles preferred).

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with digital ad platforms a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Hands-on keyboard agency experience a plus

• Prior experience working in highly-regulated industries preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
