Job Overview

SVP - Operations and Business Management – Efficiency, Enhancement and Controls

• Lead efficiency efforts, driving workflow process improvements and optimizing operational performance, while supporting the requirements for team effectiveness, regulatory compliance and controls.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to business units on best practices in process design, operational excellence, and contributing to the development of integrated risk and controls frameworks.
• Champion cross-functional process reviews to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and facilitate robust adherence to laws, regulations, and Citi policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze corporate business practices and policies to identify areas for process optimization and to develop robust, compliant, and efficient operational workflows.
• Provide expert project management to business units for process-related initiatives, including evaluating costs/benefits, making recommendations, and supporting implementation plans for enhanced efficiency and controls.
• Lead work with internal ICRM teams to coordinate engagement, reviews and challenge
• Support CID-related internal and external audit efforts, assisting in the development and tracking of business issues and Corrective Action plans related to process and operational improvements.
• Support adherence with all relevant Citi compliance requirements and initiatives, such as Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA), Information Security, COB, and Records Management, as part of continuous process refinement.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience
• Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
