Job Overview
Citibank, N. A. seeks a Global Receivables PR for its New York, NY location.
Duties: Support and build a global strategy for domestic payments and receivables within Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS). Assist in the development, rollout, and commercialization of robust and innovative capabilities aligned with the global product roadmap to ensure clients receive payments in an efficient and convenient manner for their treasury and commerce needs. Oversee the Global Domestic Receivables product suite and monitor performance drivers for the product portfolio including client experience, pricing, client engagement, and risks. Anticipate evolving client needs across regions ensuring product roadmap delivers continuous and commercially relevant innovations. Promote enhancements to the client experience and operating model to move toward real time, simple digital experiences. Drive business growth and competitive advantages through targeted industry and client segment focus. Collaborate with Global, Regional and Country Payments & Receivables teams, Operations and Technology teams, and key partners in Sales, Onboarding and Service to deliver business objectives. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related finance occupation. Employer will accept three (3) years of university-level studies plus two (2) years of relevant experience in meeting the bachelor’s degree requirement. Five (5) years of experience must include: Working with payment networks, processors, and gateways with hands-on experience working with financial industry regulations and regional requirements; Conducting market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and the competitive landscape; Using analytics to drive product decisions with tools including SQL, Excel, or data visualization platforms; Setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for transaction success rates, user adoption, and profitability; and Utilizing knowledge of monetization strategies including transaction fees, subscription models, or value-added services to enhance product offering and generate revenue. 40 hrs./wk.
