Job Overview
The Services Business Execution Productivity Vice President will support the successful execution of multiple programs aiming to improve productivity and optimize the global network for Services. This important role will contribute to the team operating on an agreed governance structure. They will support the delivery of strategic programs at agreed timelines that are driven by business goals.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Strong commercial awareness is a necessity. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate across all levels of the organization. It will support a wide range of sponsors and stakeholders for the purposes of providing status updates and ensuring that all programs and initiatives are meeting key milestones and success criteria. They will help drive projects from initiation to close, making sure the projects are completed efficiently and deliver the stated business goals. Key responsibilities include planning and tracking deliverables, managing budgets, identifying new initiatives to achieve business goals, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring that project issues are resolved, and dependencies are managed.
Responsibilities
Strategic & Financial Oversight
- Lead the identification and execution of initiatives to meet productivity goals and manage direct expenses for the Services business.
- Identify and analyze strategic business transformation opportunities to determine their financial impact, and then prioritize and contribute to detailed implementation plans.
Program & Project Management
- Establish and manage program governance for key projects, ensuring clear scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon by all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed end-to-end project plans, defining tasks, dependencies, and clear roles and responsibilities to ensure accountability.
- Monitor and report on project progress against deadlines, manage the project cadence, and ensure dependencies are resolved and tasks are completed as agreed.
- Prepare and deliver reporting materials for senior management to provide transparency and facilitate timely decision-making.
Risk, Compliance & Performance
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues, anticipating delays and resolving problems to ensure project success.
- Appropriately assess risk in all business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations while safeguarding the firm's reputation, its clients, and assets.
- Evaluate project and business performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement by communicating lessons learned.
Collaboration & Influence
- Act as a key contributor and collaborative team member, working with a wide range of individuals in pursuit of execution and progress.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and new hires.
- Promote and support the effective use of AI within the team and the broader Services organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially a Master's degree
- 5+ years of related experience in Project Management and financial analysis
- Financial Services, Markets, or Banking background
- Budget and Expense Management experience preferable
- Ability and willingness to adapt to a fast-moving change environment
- Strong communicator, written and oral, across all levels of the organization, with the ability to deliver succinct messages to senior sponsors across the firm
- Resilient and results-oriented, with the ability to influence positive outcomes and deliver best-in-class governance and controls
- Team player able to bring together a wide range of individuals in pursuit of execution and progress
- Creativity, Adaptability, Drive, and Decisiveness to ensure progress is made efficiently
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and forward-planning ability

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
