Money Market Funds (MMF) are an efficient method of investing in a diversified portfolio of high-quality, short-term instruments whilst providing daily liquidity. Citi offers over 180 money market funds from 18 premiere fund providers allowing organizations to centralize global investing with real-time quotes and trading via Citibank(R) Online Investments (OLI) portal. Online Investments makes MMF investments available across the following three channels: Client self-service, Desk trading, and automated MMF sweeps. We are expanding Product and Portal capabilities to include Tokenized Money Market Fund (TMMF) Offering for our clients.

We're hiring for a strategic, innovation-driven Senior Digital Assets Product Manager within our growing Off-Balance Sheet Product Management Team. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a pioneering team tasked with defining Citi’s Tokenized Money Market Funds strategy, developing business cases, and delivering solutions.

You’ll work alongside experienced leaders to explore new forms of digital money, assets, transactions, and partnerships that will reshape how the bank operates and what products and services we offer. The role blends strategic thinking, product vision, stakeholder engagement, analysis of business problem statements and client requirements, business case development, feasibility and competitive analytics studies, and hands-on innovation

Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end tokenized Money Market Fund Product Launch through OLI MMF Portal including activities around for tokenization, digital custody, and related services from concept through delivery.
• Partner with Product Development, Technology and Operations on requirements, new feature development, and operational readiness.
• Lead product governance oversight and activities including product lifecycle management, risk reviews, and regulatory assessments
• Lead client engagements alongside other leads working on cross services   Digital Asset Solutions and coverage partners to share product updates, gather client feedback, and lead adoption.
• Develop client ready materials that simplify complex concepts and articulate value and position Citi as a leader in digital assets innovation.
• Work closely with colleagues across services and regions to maintain global consistency in product offering and support cross business lines and market initiatives
• Oversee the client journey from TMMF deal win through client trade entry, lead process improvement strategies around onboarding and service, and support expansion efforts across LOBs to broaden the off-balance sheet product mix.
• Represent the team in working groups, broader client sessions, and selective industry forums.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in capital markets, custody, transfer agency, payment ecosystem, collateral management, fund administration, digital assets exchange, blockchain management and/or digital transformation
• Advanced knowledge of the product life cycle, design, and data analytics with proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, date analytics and value management
• University degree, master’s degree preferred
• Working knowledge of deposit/ cash investment related banking regulations and/ or US MMF regulations.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, strong stakeholder management, appreciating and adapting to a fast-moving business environment

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred

$200,000.00 - $300,000.00
