We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Product Owner to lead and drive strategic technology initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining product vision, prioritizing development efforts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative software solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise standards. These solutions are integral to fulfilling commitments outlined under the Consent Order Data Use Case Plan, requiring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and enterprise data governance frameworks.

This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful technology solutions that meet organizational goals. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for software development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise standards. 

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable product features and technical specifications. 

  • Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and resource availability. 

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. 

  • Drive the execution of product development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. 

  • Monitor product performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in software products, staying ahead of industry trends and customer needs. 

  • Ensure all product solutions comply with organizational policies, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements. 

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across cross-functional teams. 

  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and continuous learning. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in product ownership or management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within the software development domain. 

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products on time and within budget. 

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices. 

  • Familiarity with software development frameworks and tools. 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business environments. 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
