The Business Analytics, AVP position resides within the Client Delivery team, which maintains a mandate to help deliver the best of Citi across our client franchise, ensuring we are consistent, unified, and disciplined in our approach, as a core team within the Client Organization.

Within the Client Delivery team, the Voice of the Client (VoC) team  is responsible for maintaining a robust client feedback system through various survey programs (annual, quarterly, real-time and ad hoc).  These programs help us understand our global relationships with complex clients, identify and manage service issues, and drive client revenue growth and attrition.

This is a developing professional role with opportunities for growth. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the sub function/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Feedback Program Management: Support the design, execution, and analysis of client feedback programs, including respondent selection, questionnaire design, reporting, and analysis.
  • Collaboration and Data Management: Coordinate with business groups, operations, and technology teams to collect, manage, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Tool Enhancement: Contribute to the enhancement of survey and reporting tools.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data from multiple sources, identify patterns and trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance business decision-making in areas such as business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
  • Client Satisfaction Analysis: Analyze data to determine relationships between client satisfaction, client profiles, revenue, profitability, and wallet opportunity. Identify pain points and translate them into actionable recommendations for senior management.
  • Reporting; manage the production of standard and customized report delivery
  • Communication and Feedback: Communicate results effectively to business groups and incorporate feedback as appropriate.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Lead, design, and advise on ad hoc market research projects
  • Provide support to other Client Delivery strategic projects
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis.
  • Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Strong project management, organization, prioritization, interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Quick learner with a proactive and positive mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python or VBA preferred
  • Experience in survey management a plus

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$109,120.00 - $163,680.00
