Job Overview
We areseekinga highly collaborative and detail-oriented Brand StrategyLeadto support the execution of Citi Wealth’s global brand strategy. This role will play a vital part in operationalizing a unified and differentiated brand presence across segments, regions, and touchpoints. Working closely with theHead of Brand & Creative Strategy, this individual will help bring the Citi Wealth brand to life—ensuring consistent design, clear messaging, and strategic alignment across all client-facing experiences.
This is an ideal role for someone who combines strong creative instincts with analytical rigor, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings proven experience in campaign execution, brand systems, andcross-functionalstakeholdercollaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of Citi Wealth’s global brand strategy and identity system across channels and regions.
- Partner with internalteams includingdesign, content, and marketingtosupport the developmentand executionof brand and campaign work.
- Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverablesfor brand initiativestoensuretimelyand consistent execution across stakeholders.
- Conduct research and benchmarking to inform creative development, messaging, and visual expression.
- Support ongoingcompetitive and category analysis, using insightstoinform brand and creativedirection
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and adoption ofbrand guidelines, visual toolkits, and internalcommunicationsto promote brand system understanding and adoption.
- Help ensureconsistency in design,voice, and messagingacross marketing, content, and salesmaterials.
- Coordinate with external agencies, creative vendors, and internal contributors tosupport thedelivery ofhigh-quality brand assets.
- Support presentations and storytelling to advocate for the brand internally and externally.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing execution, or creative operations.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale brand initiatives and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and campaign toolkits.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with creatives, marketers, and senior stakeholders alike.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
