Role:  

TheEngineeringLead Analystis a senior level position responsible for leading varietyofSolution Architecture &Designactivities including the analysis of functional requirements, evaluation ofdifferent options and presenting comparative analysis along with recommendation to senior stakeholders.Individual will apply in-depth domain knowledge of financial services to grasp allfacetsof the multipledimensional business problems and develop solution options.

Individual needs to be results-oriented,innovativeand motivated to drive opportunities in efficiency gains,enhancedcontrolsand extendible scalability. This is articulated anddemonstratedthroughvarious typesofarchitectural artifacts. This high performing team designs enterprise-wide solutions for critical businessneedsleveragingsolutions, business, technical, and data architecture. Key stakeholders includeoperations teams, productteamsand application development teams from differentLoBs& functionswithin the organization. These engagements are global.

Responsibilities:

• Develop solution design options for enterprise-wide initiatives, evaluate the art of the possible, anddevise recommendation options across several evaluation dimensions

• Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and provide directionfor all firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, all projects within the group and in creating atechnology domain roadmap

• Evaluates and tests potential architecture solution designs to ensure they meet functional and non-functionalrequirements

• Ensure that all integration of functions fulfill business goals

• Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements

• Identifyproblem causality, businessimpactand root causes

• Exhibit knowledge of how own specialty area contributes to the business and apply knowledge ofcompetitors,productsand services

• Strong experience in data structures and its impact on design principles as well as proposals

• Advise or mentor junior team members

• Impactthe solution design by influencing decisions through advice, counsel orfacilitatingservices

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration forthe firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance withapplicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regardingpersonal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issueswith transparency.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant experience inBusinessArchitecture, Business Analysis,SolutionDesign,and/or Product Managementroles

• Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex and/or global environment

• Proventrack recordof operational process engineering,changeand improvement

• Project/ ProgramManagement experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies

• Consistentlydemonstratesclear and concise written and verbal communication

• Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarkingactivitiesand relatedreporting toidentifybest practices

• Proventrack recordin producing high-quality project artifacts.

• Demonstrated analytic&diagnostic skills

• Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams

• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative

• Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations orrequirements

• Experience of using AI tools (such asCoPliot, Devin)and Prompt Engineering

• Experienceindelivering Generative AI solutions(Assistants, Agentic Flows, Document Processing etc.)is a big plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degreein Engineering, Finance,or equivalent experience

• Master’s degree preferred
