AVP - Data Governance Foundation Sr Analyst (Hybrid)
Job Background/Context:
- The role lies within the Services Operations Data Governance Execution team, and is focused on supporting the multi-year, multi-workstream strategy of implementing effective data governance and remediation programs in alignment with key enterprise-wide regulatory commitments.
- Drive adoption of enterprise-wide e2e Data Operating Model (DOM), including the implementation of Services Operations Data Domains
- The Ideal Candidate will work with partners within Services, Finance, Markets other business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrating subject matter expertise within a defined area to achieve organizational goals.
- Partner with Product and Technology stakeholders on critical Master Reference Data (MRD) initiatives
- Influence business decisions through expert advisory and facilitation services, directly impacting operational efficiency and data quality.
- Support Data Governance Execution team in vertical and horizontal management of communications to internal, local and global stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask and handle complex tasks as required.
Knowledge – Experience/ Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, including advanced analytical techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage deadlines and changing requirements, it is preferred.
- Data Analysis skills from intake through Data remediation phases.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts and strategies successfully.
- Knowledge of any financial products such as Derivatives, Securities, Loans, Deposits, Cash & Due, etc. is desirable.
- Ability to meet new challenges, assimilate new information and to influence people in various organization.
- Understanding and experience with e2e data flows within technology ecosystem.
- Demonstrates consistent track record of having worked as support or leading projects, or working on large, strategic cross-functional projects.
- Strong business analysis competency and ability to understand underlying data and formulate the next steps in the Data Concern Cycle.
- Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, appreciation of the enterprise data vision
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft office programs, specifically Excel and Power Point.

- Highly developed problem analysis and solution skills. Ability to execute against organizational priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work with and collaborate with broad set of stakeholders, including Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Digital and Product.

- Multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment, requiring strong organizational and follow-up skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience required

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$96,400.00 - $144,600.00
