We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Talent Acquisition Process Automation & Optimization Lead, Senior Vice President.

This is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. We are a global team with highly motivated colleagues who are focused on ensuring Citi has the right number of people, with the right skills, at the right place, time, & cost and our candidates have the best recruiting & onboarding experience. This role focuses on end-to-end Workforce Intelligence & Talent Acquisition (WITA) Solutions technical strategy & implementation, optimize TA processes, align with Citi's CEAM, GPMP etc., global recruitment Ecosystem, comprised of Resources@Citi, Workday recruitment, AI enabled review & screening, skills assessment via Eightfold, interviewing, and integrations, and much more.

This role will report directly to the WITA Solutions Global head.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Lead pain point identification & help optimize processes (effectiveness, leaner, reduce manual touchpoints, increase straight through processing)

  • Leads & Oversees test plans, strategies and results, along with key business stakeholder partnerships and outcomes.

  • Work closely with internal/external partners and subject matter expertise to innovate, define, enhance & implement projects across WITA Solutions following Citi defined development life cycle.

  • Drive simplification and enhanced controls to minimize inherent risk to recruiting process

  • Increase quality and consistency of how we improve our processes using process intelligence and Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM) data points and adoption of Global Process Manager’s Controls Assessment Profile (GPMP)

  • Lead power user model coordination with Systems lead to ensure adequate and quality coverage

  • Lead identification, assessment and automation of end user computing (EUC) tools across organization

  • Responsible for test script creation and facilitation for user acceptance testing

  • Ideate, create and upkeep Help Center resources for talent acquisition, desktop procedures, process mapping and other process related documents

  • Develops and designs standards & procedures, ensures that they are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.

  • Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.

  • Serve as WITA Solutions ambassador, socializing the program & product roadmap across stakeholders, sharing knowledge and answering questions.

  • Understand business needs, align with product roadmap & strategy, document requirements, test plans and communicate it to the technology / development team.

  • Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and priorities as well as pro-actively manage expectations, obtain buy-in, gather feedback, and resolve issues.

  • Provide technical knowledge and experience during planning and execution. Identify and resolve system integration issues.

  • Assist with problem determination and resolution efforts when operational issues with integration solutions arise.

  • Assist with identifying opportunities to enhance business processes via integration and minimize the impact of integration on business processes.

  • Measure, monitor and report on implementation progress to senior stakeholders.

  • Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and priorities as well as pro-actively manage expectations, obtain buy-in, gather feedback, and resolve issues.

  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 10+ Years of Experience, preferably in Financial Services and HR portfolio & projects.

  • Experience in implementing Workday &/Enterprise Workforce Management Solutions

  • Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications/systems

  • Strong Technology/Workforce Management acumen

  • Strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technologies, along with a solid understanding of global and regional processes and workflows.

  • Understanding of Citi’s Financial Planning processes is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to navigate cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence and motivate others, delivering positive outcomes in complex projects involving business stakeholders, technology partners, and global and regional collaborators.

  • Proficiency in guiding several teams focused on product development, with a high level of comfort in steering multiple roadmaps.

  • Strong strategic thinking and organization skills

  • Able to drive a challenger and catalyst focus during all interactions related to business transformation.

  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.

  • Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required.

  • Program/Project Management Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred
