Job Overview

Role Outline/Job Summary

The position, which would work with Sales team across regions, is responsible to validate data output by the ChatBOT. Team owns a LLM based chabot, primarily for Sales people across asset classes in Citi.

This position will also be responsible supporting as Sales Analytics for many aspects including wallet analytics and in future returns analytics / optimization on client level across asset classes.

Responsibilities:

In – order to achieve above, specific accountability will include, but not limited to

• Pre release ChatBOT data output and validation
• Issue capture post release and act as Help desk
• Interviewing Sales people for different use cases.
• Interfaces with Sales teams / persons to explore different BOT or AI use cases.
• Understand and implement with quick turn-around any ad-hoc data pull, analysis and/or report requested.
• As part of sales analytics work on Coalition wallet analytics
• CV validation and Return analytics
• Run client level ad-hoc reports across asset class for multiple dimensions (wallet/revenue/intensity)
• Communicate with Senior and acts independently, as needed.  Creates and delivers executive, high-impact presentations.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or some technical background
• At least 5- 6 years of experience
• Very hands on with data and data extraction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suit
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of Markets products such as Equities, Credit, Rates and / or others will be a plus
• Experience with Qlikview, Business Objects and / or Cognos will be a plus.
• Past experience in developing dashboards and MIS, with advanced visualizations will be a plus
• Sound logical thinking, good attitude / work ethics
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Respect for information confidentiality
• Attention to detail
