Team / Role Overview:  

Join DART, Citi's leading risk modelling, reporting and data analytics team, where we use sophisticated mathematical modelling and cutting-edge technology to report and manage risk for the bank's largest portfolios. Our work is critical, ensuring the bank maintains adequate capital during times of crisis by providing senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insights through advanced visualizations. In this leadership position, you will be at the helm of the International Wholesale Credit Risk Reporting team, spearheading the centralization and transformation of our reporting processes across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa while driving innovation and automation.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports for wholesale credit risk in a timely manner.

• Develop and deliver timely risk reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management and regulators.

• Create and implement interactive data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau.

• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

• Collaborate with Technology teams on system enhancements, from writing business requirements to user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Ensure all reporting activities and process documentation comply with internal governance and external regulatory standards.

What we’ll need from you:

• 2+ years of experience in risk management, risk reporting, financial reporting, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of portfolio credit risk management.

• Proven experience with control implementation, execution, and process documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently and communicate with stakeholders.

• A collaborative mindset and a strong commitment to teamwork.

• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau is highly beneficial; experience with Citi's internal risk applications is a plus.
