Job Overview
The HR Analyst role is an entry level position at Citi as the Analyst receives a foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in Citi HR. Analysts receive real-world work and add value to their teams during their time at Citi. Assignments focus on attaining core competencies in any of the following:

- Resourcing
- Staffing and Recruitment (Professional, Executive, Campus, and Temporary)
- Compensation
- Learning and Development
- HR Systems and Technology
- HR Control and Compliance
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- NAM 3.3+/4.0
- Enthusiasm to learn about the wide range of roles within HR
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Resiliency to work in a challenging and changing, high volume
- Commitment to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact, discretion, and integrity
- Ability to think globally, creatively, and to be innovative
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and execute quickly and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills
- Advanced MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to relocate domestically and/or globally (rotations could be located in various locations around the US, and are not guaranteed to be in NY)
- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal) at all organizational levels
- Ability to present information in a clear, creative, and persuasive manner
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work in high pressure deadline environment
